A typical day
MindVISA uses a combination of carefully-chosen international travel and specialized pedagogy to help young minds know themselves more. Through our travel-based experiential learning approach, we empower young minds to learn through observation; stimulate reflection and expression through thoughtful exercises; and facilitate assimilation of learning from both successes and failures.
The following is an example of how a typical day looks like in a MindVISA program:
07:00 – 08:00: | Breakfast |
08:00 – 09:00: | Morning circle – sharing the experience of the previous day and presenting the program of the day) |
09:00 – 12:00: | Sight visit (indoor) |
12:00 – 12:30: | Lunch |
12:30 – 15:30: | Sight visit (outdoor) |
15:30 – 17:30: | Return to the hotel, rest, snack and connect with parents |
17:30 – 19:00: | Group work – games and learning activities |
19:00 – 20:00: | Dinner |
20:00 – 21:30: | Movie, Dance or Music event |
21:30 – 22:00: | Diary keeping - to be shared with the group in the next day morning circle |
During the program duration of 10 to 21 days, we design our content to optimize both learning about self and discovery of the external world. Currently, we offer travel-based experiential learning programs to Asia, Africa and Europe. Most of our programs are multi-country, multi-city programs.
